ESSKIA has organised alpine training camps for selected skiers since 1978
Established in 1978, the English Schools’ Ski Association has a considerable amount of experience and expertise assisting the development of our programme of opportunities for young skiers. Provided exciting opportunities to English schools and crowning countless school champions, many of our skiers have been inspired by their success and enjoyment of school skiing and gone on to engage in SnowSports for life.
OUR AIMS
- To encourage as many children as possible to enjoy skiing in the UK and abroad.
- To improve the excellence of young skiers.
- To encourage the maximum student participation in competitive inter-school races.
- To represent school skiing to all appropriate bodies concerned with education, sport and ski travel
- ESSKIA supports Snowsports England's vision of inspiring participation in snowsport at every level.
